By train

From Salzburg, Vienna or Linz to railway station Vöcklamarkt, change to local railway, destination St. Georgen im Attergau.

It takes about 20 minutes walking from the St. Georgen railway station to the campsite.

By car

Motorway A1 – Exit „St. Georgen im Attergau“ – in direction St. Georgen, starting athe first roundabout follw the signs: „Pfadfinderlager, Scout Camp Austria“

A few steps away from the campsite a parking area will be created. The access directly to the campsite is without exception only on arrival and departure day for delivering material possible. Afterwards the car immediatly has to be brought to the parking area.


SPECIAL TRAIN BETWEEN LINZ AND VÖCKLAMART INCL. SHUTTLE TO THE JAMBOREE

For participants coming from the eastern regions of Austria we have organised a special train with possibilities to get on it between Linz and Attnag-Puchheim. Please make use of this offer numerously, because its not only eco-friendly but also a perfect attunement travelling in that train together towards the Jamboree. Thanks to a sponsorship we can offer this way to arrive quite cheap.

The price for the journey (in both directions) is € 8,– per person …
incl. shuttle from Vöcklamarkt station to the scout camp at arrival and back at departure.Payment information will be sent to you by email when booked.

SHUTTLE FROM VÖCKLAMARKT STATION TO THE JAMBOREE

Participants that don‘t arrive whith the special train can also take use of the shuttle-service. Costs will be € 4,– per person and trip. Payment information will be sent to you by email when booked.

Material Delivery

On arrival day (Monday, August 6th starting 6 am) and departure day material deliveries are possible. Anyone who has to drive onto the camp site has to expect short waiting periods. Guards/guides will try to organise a frictionless process. Please follow their instructions precisely.

In exceptional cases a delivery is possible on Saturday (August 4th) between 11 a.m. and 2 p.m. We like to remind you, that in this case a deposit of the material at the exact place where you will build up your camp part. IMPORTANT NOTICE: the material must be secured against stormwind by yourself. We cannot take over any responsibility for deposited material. It is not possible, that persons stay on the camp site to secure the material. Thanks for your appreciation.


Arrival by bus or car

Groups arriving by bus or cars, will be welcomed by guides before they reach the camp site. We also expect you to follow the instructions, they‘ll try to keep the amount of traffic as little and frictionless as possible. Thanks for appreciating any waiting periods.


Parking

The cars of participants can only be parked in the parking area. This area will be signed out and is only a few minutes walk away from the camp site. During the Jamboree cars cannot be driven onto the camp site.


Arrival for Visitors on visitor-sunday

Also on visitor-sunday it is not possible to drive onto the camp site. The parking area is only a few minutes walk away from the camp site. Arriving visitors will be guided by guards. Disabled persons can be shuttled from/to the parking area.
